Daffy’s Southern Exposure (1942)
Synopsis & Storyline
Daffy’s Southern Exposure (1942)
Daffy’s Southern Exposure is a 1942 Looney Tunes cartoon starring Daffy Duck. Instead of flying south for the winter, Daffy decides to stay behind and see what winter is really like.
He soon regrets that choice. After getting caught in a snowstorm, Daffy takes shelter with two animals disguised as kind old ladies. They plan to fatten him up with beans before making him their dinner.
Daffy eventually figures out their plan and escapes, heading farther south until he reaches South America. The cartoon ends with Daffy enjoying the warmer weather and joking that this is exactly the kind of “South” he wanted.
