📖 Plot: Diamonds, Dummies & Darwinism
Stanley works at a bookstore under Lou Costello’s portrayal while his occasional errors create delays in his work. The diamond hunter Diana Hillary Brooke mistakes Stanley for a safari expert because of a short confusion about his skills. Buzz believes he can profit from this situation so he develops a plan which he expects to generate income. The three characters enter a series of increasingly complicated situations which become more complicated at each step.
Together, they plunge into Africa where chaos reigns:
- Real-life adventurers Clyde Beatty & Frank Buck wrangle big cats.
- Shemp Howard (Three Stooges) plays a blind sharpshooter.
- Max Baer, a heavyweight boxer, takes on real lions.
